Dr. Elizabeth (Betsy) Hall-Findlay

Betsy Hall-Findlay, M.D. has been practicing plastic surgery in Alberta since 1983. She has had extensive training in both aesthetic (cosmetic) and reconstructive surgery in both Canada and the United States. Dr. Hall-Findlay completed her plastic surgery residency in San Francisco and New York City. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and she is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She has also served as a senior examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Hall-Findlay’s contributions to breast surgery are recognized around the world as the “Hall-Findlay” technique. Her procedure for breast reductions and breast lifts (with or without an implant) provides a better and more long lasting breast shape with fewer scars (lollipop rather than anchor scars).

Dr. Hall-Findlay will be presenting at CSAPS 53rd Annual Meeting in Vancouver, BC on Friday, November 6th, and Saturday, November 7th,  2026 and will be awarded the CSAPS Lifetime Achievement Award at a special celebration on Friday, November 6th. 

Dr. Gerald (Jerry) O’Daniel

Jerry O’Daniel, M.D. brings extensive training and experience and 30 years of experience to the full spectrum of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures, with dual board certifications in facial plastic surgery and plastic surgery, fellowship training in facial nerve surgery and craniofacial surgery and pediatric plastic surgery.

Dr. O’Daniel is known for numerous scientific and academic contributions in plastic surgery related to face lifting, subplatysmal neck lift surgery, facial assessment, surgical planning and surgical anatomy of the face and neck. Dr O’Daniel has performed 1000’s of facial aesthetic procedures that have evolved into concepts and techniques that he has shared in numerous publications in plastic surgery journals and book chapters.

Dr. Salvatore (Sal) Pacella

Sal Pacella, M.D. has authored over twenty peer-reviewed publications in plastic surgery and healthcare economics, as well as seven book chapters in cosmetic and eyelid surgery and he has been invited to present regularly at national and international plastic surgery meetings.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Salvatore Pacella graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Bonaventure University with a B.S. in Biochemistry. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester where he graduated with high honors. As an avid believer in extending care to the disadvantaged, Dr. Pacella volunteers regularly with San Diego-based Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, a non-profit organization providing donated surgical services to children with facial and bodily disfigurement. In 2010, he was awarded a San Diego Heath Hero Award for his philanthropy efforts.

Dr. Pacella will be presenting at CSAPS 53rd Annual Meeting in Vancouver, BC on Friday, November 6th, and Saturday, November 7th, 2026.

Dr. Johnny Franco

Johnny Franco, M.D. is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in aesthetic surgery. Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, Dr. Franco is bilingual in English and Spanish. After graduating from Beloit College with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and earning his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Dr. Franco served his residency in plastic surgery at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he was chief resident from 2010-2011.

He is recognized as a leader in aesthetic plastic surgery as he was voted the Best Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon in Austin by the Austin American Statesman two years in a row. Dr. Franco has also been a featured plastic surgeon on the Plastic Surgery Channel discussing a variety of cosmetic topics.  He also teaches a course on Brazilian Butt Lifts at the American Society of Aesthetic Plastics Surgeon every year.

Dr. Richard Bensimon

Richard Bensimon, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 37 years’ experience dedicated to the practice and education of aesthetic surgery and served as Medical Director of the Bensimon Center in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Bensimon attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed his general surgery residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center followed by his plastic surgery fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.

Dr. Bensimon has been an enthusiastic proponent of deep plane facelifts, and a particular passion of his has been the advancement and dissemination of deep chemical peeling as a basis for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

The synergistic effect of fat transfer, deep chemical peeling and deep plane facelifts has evolved into a powerful aesthetic regenerative combination. Dr. Bensimon has been recognized for his expertise and has been sought out as an educator in the United States and throughout the world, and has published in peer reviewed journals and has contributed to multiple educational textbooks translated into several languages.

Dr. Jamil Ahmad

Jamil Ahmad, M.D. completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at University of Toronto followed by medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his plastic surgery residency training at the Department of Plastic Surgery, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. In addition, he completed a fellowship in breast reconstruction at the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University of Toronto.

He is certified as a specialist in plastic surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Ahmad is currently an assistant professor at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Dr. Ahmad has authored more than 200 articles and chapters in plastic surgery. He has given over 500 invited lectures globally. He is the Body Contouring Section Editor on the Editorial Board for Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
